Uh, fixed, and also this just looks like someone sat down and made a list of all the “healthy” foods they could think of. Not debating that they aren’t healthy, they all are part of a healthy diet, but none of these in and of themselves are “fat burning” foods.
What “herbs” and “vinegars”, exactly? Why is salsa under the “spices” section? I guess almond and soy milk are dairy substitutes but uh, anyways. I’m not a fan of the bullshit propaganda out there that organic is the ONLY way to eat or be healthy. Not everyone can afford it for one thing, and personally working with organic programs I know how much bureaucratic horseshit it actually is to be certified organic. Check your privilege and get some education.
The only way to lose weight (or lose body fat) and sustain it is to change your eating habits (smaller portions, not necessarily changing what you eat altogether) and to get more activity.
Also why the fuck was this a link post if there was never a link in it.
